the staff were really friendly and respectful. hotel is located close to halal restaurants which was just awesome! As well as central to all the Malls n shopping areas. loved it! Room was spacious too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here for 6 days and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. They were all extremely well-mannered, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to relax and unwind after a long day. But what really made my stay stand out was the hotel's excellent location. It was close to all the major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to family and friends. In fact, I'm already planning my next stay here! The staff, amenities, location all combined to make for an unforgettable experience.

Definitely got to start this with the friendly and welcoming staff, i cannot recall a time i entered the hotel without being greeted with a sincere wide smile. From the bellboy to the receptionist and even the restaurant staffs! The room is great, a standard size for bkk hotel, but has everything it needs and definitely value for money. Having extra pillows in the room is fabulous for me cause i have insomnia and needs multiple pillows to sleep. Breakfast have good variety for the setup, food taste great. Do try their non breakfast menu, food's delicious too! Love their dried beef and they do have room service so ask if you need! Location is awesome, MANY massage shops around, walking distance to a night market, several cafes and restaurants within 5mins walk and convenience store is just opposite. Tuktuk and taxis are easily available at doorstep. Walkable to the shopping district platinum area too, but given the weather, just take a taxi it's not expensive! Special shout-out to Arty for his sincere awesome service! Loves how he always check in to make sure everything is perfect for us. There was this once i walked into the restaurant and he run in to make sure i am attended to! Saw him heave a sigh of relief and walked out when he saw the restaurant staff attending to me. That's really sweet of him! Definitely my new favorite bkk hotel and will be back again!

Breakfast was a good selection. But hot meals were poorly done by cooks! Staff in reception n restaurant were excellent n friendly . Very courteous n helpful.bellhop n security needs english lessons n more knowledge on bus services n attractions!

The location and staff checked in us early and we had a few hours to lay down before starting our business in the city. Thanks to the supportive staff. The breakfast was normal and included everything starting from croissants to hot meals.
